- Decide which item you want. If we do not have the item in stock, we will order it. You can also transfer an item in (the transfer fee is $150.00).
- Decide if you are using a Trust to register or are registering as an individual.
- Pay for the item in full (special order or in stock). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- We will draw up your paperwork and you will need to bring in the items listed below.

Individual Registration:
- You will need to have your fingerprints taken on two ATF blue fingerprint cards to mail in with your paperwork. *
- You will need to have three 2” x 2” current passport style photos taken to put with your paperwork.
- You will need a check or money order in the amount of $200 for the tax stamp, made payable to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE).

Trust Registration:
- You will need to have your fingerprints taken on two ATF blue fingerprint cards to mail in with your paperwork. *
- You will need to have three 2” x 2” current passport style photos taken to put with your paperwork.
- You will need a check or money order in the amount of $200 for the tax stamp, made payable to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE).
- You will need to bring in a complete copy of your trust.
- All other individuals listed in the trust will also have to provide 2 fingerprint cards and one 2” x 2” passport style photo and sign the responsible person form.

- Bring in your fingerprint cards, photos, check, and trust (if applicable). At that time, we will complete all paperwork and mail it to the BATFE. When the paperwork is approved, we will notify you. You will then complete a BATFE form 4473 and pick up your item.
